Privacy policy
This document explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we use it and what rights you have as a data subject. It is based on the GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, phone number, company name, citizenship, occupation, city, information about your documents and the content of your message. We also record the page the request was sent from. We never ask for identity document numbers or financial details through the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to reply to your request and present an offer — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For candidates, the data is used to present job offers and manage the recruitment and employment process.
4. Who we share it with
Candidate data may be passed to the employer the candidate is due to work for, and to public authorities to the extent required for work and residence legalisation. We also use technical service providers (website hosting, email, messaging apps) who process the data on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
Until the matter is closed, and afterwards for the period required by law for recruitment and employment records. You may withdraw consent at any time — we then delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, and to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
7. Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical resources required to display the page are loaded, including Google Fonts served from Google’s servers.
